My communications with them were handled quickly, fairly and professionally. Well done Nova - problems can always arise but it is how they are resolved that is the test of a business. A complimentary extra day car hire was agreed with me by the manager I was in contact with and they were generous with the fuel requirement for when the car needed to be returned. On arrival I was promptly dealt with, apologies provided for the problem and handed a brand new car (delivery mileage only). They offered a couple of options for swapping the car over and I elected to drive the relatively short distance to their location at Zadar Airport. I emailed Nova who responded promptly and suggesting that for safety it would be best to change the car. A couple of hours after taking delivery a warning light came on intermittently. Handover and paperwork completed quickly. I hired a car from Nova who delivered it to my hotel at the agreed time.
